All designs, code, and digital materials remain the property of Omnitek until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership is transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.
Clients are responsible for providing content, access credentials, timely feedback, and approvals. Delays on the client’s part may impact the project timeline.
Each project includes a specified number of revisions based on the selected package. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Omnitek is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We are not responsible for third-party service outages (hosting, domains, etc.).
Either party may terminate the agreement in writing. Refunds (if any) will be issued based on completed work and contractual terms.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
